Like day and night differed two matches which we played last week. On Tuesday in Vlašim we were not in our best and home team was in a control for most of the evening.

Martin Vachník and Ezequiel Rosendo are different like day and night, but one thing they have in common. Both scored two goals in one match for FK Baník Most at the beginning of the season.

During the summer transfer window two players from FK Baník Most transfered to the teams of the top Czech league. Young striker Jakub Hora joined Slávia Prague and already belongs into the starting eleven of that Czech giant.

There are teams and matches where it is hard to understand why football is so popular. Then there are other teams which present football as an exciting spectacle. FK Baník Most again belongs among those teams which offer that attractive face of the game.

A week before the start of the 2nd league our boys traveled to Karlovy Vary where the home team wanted to prove its ambitions in the Czech cup. Intended plans are one thing and the reality is often different. Players of FK Baník Most controlled the match for most of the time and after goals from Bohata and Danoski FK Baník Most won the first half-time 2:1.

The fist team has started its summer preseason under Jorge Aňon at the end of June. The team played first two matches at a tournament in Beroun after a week of hard work-out. After 3:0 victory against Viktoria Žižkov in the first match we beat Banik Sokolov 1:0 in the final match.

Within his spell with the club last autumn Jorge Aňon gained a respect and sympathy of all people related to the club.

On Monday 28. June players of FK Baník Most started summer training drills without two players who moved from FK Banik Most to the first league.

The season 2009/2010 had it its up and downs, but at the end it was a good season as the club managed to fulfill all its goals.

Three draws in last four matches are not the results we expected. Defensively very solid and offensively without efficiency is the way we can summarize our spring season so far.
